Nate Huppert was awesome. He explained the problem where I could understand the problem and made sure the repair work was done correctly. He offered to have me come in any time if my tires had to have air and he would take care of it himself. I can’t believe this dealer ship is offering an engine treatment for a motor with only 32K miles. Sludge removal for an engine with 32K miles is ridiculous! And, the product is NOT Motor Craft. I was very insulted by this offer and will never return to this Dealer ship.

Scott was great as always! After explaining to him the issue with my vehicle he asked me to hang out for a minute so he could check on one quick possibility. It was a quick simple fix and out the door in minutes! The service department is amazing!
