**** was so terrific! Our truck recently broke down right down the road from Johnson Motors while making a trip from our new home in Minneapolis back home to Milwaukee. More importantly, we had a family reunion to get to along the way. **** got us in and out and in to a loner in less than an hour! My Wife said he made her feel like he genuinely would have let us use use his personal vehicle, and that's probably not too far off. Beyond that, **** was also professional, informative and very communicative.

Was told my vehicle would be done Tuesday but the service advisor told me his tech messed up and didn't replace the drive alxe seal and it would be done by Wednesday afternoon. Well I told him I wouldn't be able to pick it up till Thursday morning. My wife called wenesday to talk to them to see if it was done and didn't receive a call back till Thursday around 11am. What team members blames the work on someone else? I drop it off last Wednesday at 7:15am and the tech had the issues looked at by 11am l. After that it wasn't till 5:15pm they gave me a quote for the price. And by 5:30pm when I called back it was too late to talk to them so I call back Thursday morning.

Colton was great and my overall experience with Johnson Ford service department went super smoothly and according to plan. Was also impressed with how clean the service area was and was very happy that they provided me with a courtesy vehicle so I didn’t have to sit there for hours as the work was being done. I found it to be a pleasant experience!
