Was told my brakes were shot and needed new ones. Was told the pads were at less than 1mm. In April the pads were between 6-8mm. Scott could not explain why they went do so fast. When I asked why the Info Page on the truck said the brake pads were between 78-83 percent, Scott said the sensors are never accurate. Took my truck to another service center and they said the brakes were still good and do not to be replaced. Very disappointed with Johnson Motors and will not be going back!

When I said it was probably a fuse that caused my trailer light outage, was it necessary to do a complete diagnostics and charge me $174 with tax. How much does a fuse cost? That was exactly the issue!!!!!!! Jeff at

I wanted to check the possibility of trading in my 2019 Terrain but was told that unless I was ready to trade in today, sales had been instructed by mgmt not to give any idea of what sort of deal would be possible. I wasn't ready to move today, so I was disappointed in the response. I had planned to trade sometime in the next few months, and Johnson was going to get the first shot but apparently that's not going to work for you. And the fact that your inventory is a bit slim, I would have thought having a solid sales prospect might make some sort of conversation would be warrented.
