I wasn’t asked what type oil I wanted and was given synthetic in an old vehicle, it’s not what I would have chosen. Also never mentioned the car wash but I thought online it said free car wash with oil change. I also got a safety inspection and asked about my brakes and was told it passed so they must be good. I thought I would be given a little more info.
What needed to be done was accomplished. Some training is still required but is as expected in such a new facility. I am sure your business will thrive and we look forward to doing business with you again.

I have been looking for a auto repair shop for my 92 Jeep Wrangler and I have found the shop now for future repairs!
I would prefer not to get text messages throughout the service and when done. I am right there in person, and already get way too many injects throughout the day.

The only “complaint” I have is that only 1 bay was used for oil changes. Luckily I was 1st in line and didn’t wait.
It was a bit weird that I was in the car during service, but I can adjust to that.
