I waited 35 minutes even after oil change was completed for a air filter that never came.

I was so amazed how fast service was and mostly how you didn't need to get out of your car!! That was a 1st!!! My new spot to bring in for oil change.
The mechanics that worked on my car did a fine job. Oil change and the front brakes were completed with a high satisfaction. From the greet demanding “ this is what we do” for tire maintenance. When it simply could be relayed, “ May we suggest” leaving the customer an option of what to do rather than have it rammed down your neck telling you what will happen. In response to the fee, a dialog occurred the day prior via texting with a given estimate for both front and rear brakes $500. She understood I could not afford it but would be able to just get the front brakes done. How is $444 half of $500?!?! I should of took the entire job at $500! The next amount given to me was $377, at this point I don’t know what to expect from these oil sails men the signed estimate was $300. Why would I convey to her the importance and need of getting the brakes serviced and the trust that was earned with my oil service only to have the car ransomed into a radically different figure from the signed informed amount of $300. I seriously hope you can see this from my perspective, three different figures and at the end of the day at no time when changes were made to the amounts due were acknowledged by the client by signature or oral agreement. The stance once again by your employees “ this is what’s going to happen” attitude. Overshadowing the great work the mechanics had done but the **** attitudes of the front workers. I imagine a lot of money and time went into that building, only to have its foundation meaning it’s front employees causing potential jeopardy of its ability to generate financial gain. All this customer wanted was service done for my car at a fair rate, next thing you know I’m a Human Resources employee telling the employees how to conduct themselves and all my efforts into this “review” shall be shared in all its pathetic glory. Twitter, Yelp google review and if I gotta dance to get it on tic tock I will!! Argh!!

I have a dispute with the work done on my truck. I spoke to the manager about About the necessity to have a new engine installed. When I got the new engine installed on my truck the same problem persisted. That told me that a new engine was not necessary. So I’ve requested to have the money paid for the engine reimbursed. I asked her to let by Friday. I have not heard back
