I had an appointment for my car(Sorento 2019) on March 28th for a diagnostic on the A/C not blowing cold air.
It's been a week and nothing done on my car. I had a road trip and have to pick up my car on April 3rd.too many days to have a diagnostic. Thank you very much, but not coming back to your place.

I drive every day so I know my car is in good working condition. I dropped off my car on 4/1 for a HECU recall. When I returned to pick up my car I was informed the car battery had died due to my child’s backseat camera being plugged into the car charger. They jumped me and began to tell me my car needed a new battery, new air filter and to be serviced again. I said no and left. Turns out they lied to my face. My car battery is in great condition and so is my air filter. I know this because I had my car checked out by people I trust. Whoever worked on my car to do this so call recall loosened the clamps to the battery and that’s why my entire car wasn’t functioning. I’m not a fan of Kia but this put me over the top. I do not trust Kia dealerships because they mess with your car every time.

It should not take an hour to get a shuttle ride back to the dealership. The recall notice said 2 hours but we were told 4 to 4.5 hours. Recall took two visits rather than one as anticipated. Communication via the text messages was far too slow to get a reply.

Michael is always efficient, friendly, & helpful. It’s a pleasure to have him as a service advisor.
The chairs in the service area & bench outside are much appreciated. I’m 82 years old & have had many years of standing while waiting for a service advisor. Love the comfy new customer chairs in service waiting area.
We have 2 Kias that we have serviced every 6 months, since 2010.

Great service and very friendly. I appreciate the honesty and knowledgeable recommendations. George did not try to pressure me into getting services that I didn’t need like other places. Ended up doing some work that was recommended and needed. Best service I received in a long time.

I was told that my car would undergo extensive test driving to see if the whistling sound I heard while accelerating could be reproduced. The dealer had my car for 10 days and claims they were unable to reproduce the sound while accelerating. However, when I picked up the car and drove for about 15 minutes the sound was very clearly heard. I doubt enough time was invested in trying to figure out the issue with the car. As a busy physician, I don't have the time to drop off the car again or go test driving with the dealer foreman again to have them hear the sound as well. I can't be without a car and the dealer is refusing to give me a complimentary loaner car, stating it's Kia policy. Mike Connelly, the gentleman in the Service Department who was assigned to me stated that I could drop off the car or bring it by again when the sound was heard.

I was very unhappy that the sales manager had told me he would order the part prior to our arrival. 4 days went by and the sales manager ignored me finally my wife had called from a different number and he answered. It took 2 weeks to get my vehicle back. The service manager was easy going but my whole experience with Covina kia has been nothing but unpleasant. I will not be returning from this point forward.
