Brian's customer service skills are consistently top-drawer. I always feel confident that my service will be complete, correct and efficient. He is kind of employee who helps build customer loyalty for Crowley.

KIA of Abilene has always done my oil changes. With these changes my van was always vacuumed. This time around, I had 4 new tires, an alignment + an oil change done and my van wasn’t vacuumed. The orange dots on the brand new tires were still. I also felt rushed when organizing the service. Originally took it in to check my bumper, was told I needed to go to a body shop. No problem, I know someone that’s always done my body work. Since KOA has always done a great job for me in the past, l thought I’d ask. After I was told KOA could not handle I enquirer about tires, oil change and alignment. Felt rushed through the process as if it was going to be too much work. Perhaps you’re short staffed, or have new management… I don’t know. I’ll continue to take my car to KOA. I like keeping my maintenance work at one location for resale purposes. Just sharing my honest assessment. I’m not the kind to jump on social media and bash anyone. See ya next time. Maybe it will be better.
