I’ve been coming to KOB for about three years now.Each and every time I bring my vehicle in to be serviced anybody that has taking care of me has been nothing but rude!I come back hoping my next experience is better and it’s not.I was just there a couple of days ago when I walked in I wasn’t greeted but someone else of a different ethnic walked in and it was oh I’ll be with you in just a minute..the guy Anthony demeanor is just horrible and it’s not about what you say it’s how you say it..It has been many times that I wanted to get my point across while I was there but that wouldn’t solved anything.overall your frontline workers should be in the back not kind at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
