There was zero communication on the day my vehicle was in your sr ice department. I called multiple times, left messages, and only when I asked the operator twice to help me did I get connected to the service manager. He connected me with the service technician who made excuses and never apologized. Interestingly, the original quote for the work was almost $900 and when my warranty company covered the amount the costs fell to under $600. Hmmm. Not happy.

Not at all happy that my car smelled like someone literally sat in it and smoked a cigarette. When the car was finished, the driver side window was down, and it was up when I pulled in. Either someone was smoking in the car or standing next to an open window smoking. It was entirely too strong of an odor for it to be just somebody's clothes. This is the first brand new car I've ever purchased for myself (less than 5K miles) and this is the first time I've taken it in for any sort of maintenance. Not sure why smoking is permitted on the clock.

I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours and no one came to get me when my car was ready. They called the wrong cell number and it has been the same for the 5 plus years that I have been going there and they didn’t check the waiting room where I told them I would be.
