I absolutely love University Kia. There are two locations closer to our home, but they do NOT compare. Worth the 30 mins drive EVERY TIME. Kudos to the entire University team.

My appointment was actually quicker than O was expecting. The courtesy lounge was very comfortable and the restroom was very clean. I was offered a shuttle ride while my car was being serviced. I chose to wait. The Staff was very attentive and friendly. The call back part was repaired and my car was washed and vacuumed. I would recommend Peltier Kia to everyone.

The floor is dirty. The cruise control does not work. Need a floor mat for the passenger side. Heard a clicking noise on right front tire when turning right. Did not sees scratches on car until next day. We are going to visit the Kia dealership soon. Shannon was and is awesome!

I’ve always brought my car into the dealership and have had zero issues for five years I have owned my Sorento. Then it seemed it was one problem after another. Not Only with technicians not being able to find the problem I was having, but I had issue with the service. I’ve had my car in and out for awhile and finally handled my issues and they were resolved. I walked away feeling better that my car was taken care of. Thanks Eric
