I was told a recall was not ready and available, but it shows on the internet as being ready. My trunk still will not close and am waiting for a resolution

We dropped off our Sorento due to greatly reduced heat in cabin unless the setting was raised some 10 degrees more that in the past 2 years of ownership.
Told that no problem was found (we know our car) we will monitor as colder weather returns.
