This was for my daughters car. She had a nail in her tire. We have tire and rim coverage. Her new tire was replaced and the car washed - turned around immediately. Great service overall. Ty

Brian is courteous and treats you like a good friend would.
He explained all repairs on the vehicle in terms everyone could understand.
I would strongly recommend getting my Kia serviced at Crowley Kia.

Kept of over the weekend just to find nothing wrong with my car drove it off the lot still making the noise
The car is still making a loud noise took it into another shop and told me it is the exhaust pipe / resonator is rattling inside.

I was supposed to get a ride back to Kia peltier after my dental appt to pick up my car but I couldn't get a hold of anyone , I asked them to put the plates on my car and they left them inside my car , then I asked again and one plate was on but behind the pink temp plate , my car was still dirty after they washed it , the driver's seat wasn't put back where it goes and I'm tall. There is a scratch where there wasn't a scratch when I dropped it off , I showed it to someone in the service department but nothing was done about it.

I had just come in from a long Thanksgiving drive, and my car was a mess! Getting my oil change and the free car wash just made my day. Ashley takes good care of me, and I really appreciate it.
