This is the second time I had to come back for the repairs and was there for two hours then was told I would have to come back yet again because of some "special tool" that they apparently ordered but didn't come in. I asked for a loaner car and was told you didn't have any. So know I have to wait on this tool to come in and drive back yet again and wait on the repairs to my car.

The service team got me into the shop on an expedited basis in order to help me get on the road for a family funeral out of town on Thursday. Otherwise I would’ve needed a rental car. This made a world of difference to me at a stressful time and everyone in the shop was so professional and so pleasant. That also means a great deal, whether during a stressful time or just on an every day basis! Thanks to everyone again. Maggie Pratt

Didn’t discuss what all was done to car. Was all the fluids checked and filled. Dash symbols were on no discussion on these symbols. Told tech. That oil was up to high on dip stick would he find out why.

Your whole team at Kia of Bedford is very kind and polite but one person stood out and that is to gentleman that B's there to open up at 7:30 he is very kind very courteous and he walked me through what was going to B did to my car today and I thought that was very kind of him to let me know everything that they did and also when it was finished he came and got me walk me to the car open my car door for me and I think that is just absolutely great Kia of Bedford to me is the best place to buy a car because you feel so important because that is the way your staff makes you feel
