I was pretty much accused of doing the damage to the skid plate. In which I didn't do it. I felt like I was being called a liar. The damage was done before I bought it just happened the zip ties came loose for someone to notice I had something hanging from my car. I will never buy another vehicle from timbrook. I will not pay for the repairs I will take it to court or return the vehicle first.

Was very happy with the service I received. My car was ready when they promised and even vacuumed & washed my car! And when I came to pick it up, they brought my car around for me! Thanks guys!!

The last two times I came for an oil change appointment it has taken way too long. This last time my vehicle was parked outside after complete and I was not notified until after I approached the desk. This was an hour after I arrived. Our other vehicles are serviced at another location and never takes this long. I believe this was the last time I will have my Telluride's oil changed with you.

Matthew went above and beyond for me ! Customer service bar none the best !!! Timely and efficient explained everything to me !!! In and out with out any hesitation answered questions etc ! Wonderful service !
