It took nearly two hours for an oil change & tire rotation. I was offered a car wash, but I had no idea this would take an additional hour! If I’d known I’d certainly have not agreed to the car wash.

My wife was the one who dealt with Katie. She said that Katie was very respectful, sweet, kind and very helpful. She kept her informed of the maintenance up until it was time to pay. She is truly an asset to Kia. Give her a raise!!!!
