We already spoke to someone there when we had concerns and we still arent thrilled and will probably not be using Matt Blatt for service in the future.
The dealership says the oil change was done but honestly it does not look like an oil change was fully done. According to my husband who is a certified mechanic the oil looks clean, but the filter does not look like anywhere near new like it should be / was charged for.
Additionally, the inspect that was supposedly completed yet when we read the findings, there are apparent errors on it that show us that no inspection was completed. (Ex: the inspection lists the wiperblades as in the green and no comments about them. I know for a fact they need to be replaced as this last snow storm damaged them and one is cracked. I will be replacing it myself, but if the dealership did the inspection this should have been noted.) There are two other areas of the inspection that do not add up to what we are aware of.
This is a very disappointing experience as I have used the service center here with this vehicle since I purchased it almost two years ago and have never had concerns. My husband is a mechanic and having the dealership service the vehicle is simply preventative in terms of warrenty and anything major. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years and never had concerns over the years, but this makes me hesitant to take the vehicle back to the service center in the future. This experience seems like laziness and a rush job from the oil change to the inspection to even the haphazard car wash attempt.

Everything was great thank you for the coffee!! One thing, after I got into my car the panel was not in the original setting. I had to come back up n have one of your techs adjust it. It showed tire pressure, the tech wasn’t sure of the setting so after I got home I had a Neighbor adjust it the way it was. Showing the gas level, mileage, etc Heck, at first the radio would not even play. I’m sorry. Just tell your people to put the screen back to the say it was ... thank you!

Still completely happy with the purchase of my 2022 Telluride. I love it and was happy to go back to Kia today to get my first oil change. Everyone has been great

Brian and Scott did a great job. My new tire is awesome, Amazing place, the guys at Crowley Kia are lucky to be working for a leader like Scott Patterson, I would run through a brick wall for that guy.

I was completely satisfied with the professionalism. If I didn’t quite understand something he explained it in a way that was easy to comprehend. After bringing in my car early more than my appointment he explained in a professional way that there’s no guarantee that it could get in earlier but that if there’s a chance I could get my car in early and by the end of the day my car was fixed and ready to pick up before my original appointment
