Brian is always very kind and courteous! He’s very helpful and is sure to explain everything thoroughly. If ever I have questions he goes above and beyond to explain them in a way that I will understand. ( not being a mechanic lol)

My satisfactory experience was with my salesmen Jay Lowe and the actual mechanic that did the work on my car. Anthony provided a lot of confusing and contradictory information to myself and my husband. Overall, I am please that my car was fixed and extremely please with the service and attention from Jay

I was pleasantly surprised by everyone I met at the dealership. Not only was everyone friendly but they were informative on how I will be helped and prompt to do so as well.
My visit was estimated to be around 2 hours, but I only sat in the waiting room for roughly 1 hour, and Aristeo Rodriguez checked on my throughout the process.
Even though the dealership is about an hour drive from me, I will certainly make my way back for anything I need related to my Kia.
