Mat was fantastic!!!! I have been in the auto service for 29 years as advisor and service manager. Mat dis it all perfect and car is fixed. We will be back !!!!

Two Kia’s over 9 years —Mike Connelly has been there through it all. It is incredibly difficult to get an appointment. Online, over the phone, ridiculous. Worth it once you are finally able to connect with Mr. Connelly. Customer service is top notch, I have complete faith that my car will receive all necessary services, that I will not be misled, and I will be fully informed. Integrity. Some say it is hard to find these days- I disagree. I found it in abundance at Covina Kia Service Department. Thank you Mike. For years of impeccable service. I am grateful for all of your help.

They told us it would be two hours we waited an hour and 40 minutes and the car was still in the parking lot had not been serviced this is not the first time the last time it happened to and I spoke up and they did a half fast job on the service it’s not gonna happen again this time. I understand if your understaff overbooked on your appointments but don’t tell me it’s gonna be two hours and the car still sitting there and if I hadn’t spoke up the car would’ve set longer not happy with the service

Everyone was so nice!!! From how quickly they greeted me to how quickly the shuttle driver took me home. And the check out process was great, too. They even walked me to the door! Exceptional service. I was happily surprised.
