I was treated very professionally and am from out of state. I had a problem and needed it taken care of before I head home to South Carolina. I was squeezed in and they were able to rectify situation promptly snd courteously.

We switched from Kia Pomona to Covina Kia, considering my family has bought 5 cars from them their service has really fallen behind. Oscar was great, very professional. Set an appointment for my Forye on the recall of the trunk latch.

Yes, Kia does a great job. I love how they vacuum and wash my kia when I bring it in for an oil change. I highly recommend them and their services. Christopher Del Rio Escobar did an amazing job.

I was never called with information about my vehicle. I had to constantly call myself to find out what was going on with my car. They said they would call me back in 20 minutes never received a call back therefore I showed up in person in order to get an answer on my car.

Garrett is great at his job! As soon as I got to the service area I was greeted with a smile, told him what I wanted and he got right to work! Told me what my price would be beforehand and wasn’t over pushy like I figured most mechanics would be like. I will definitely be coming back to KIA for oil changes as well as anything else wrong with my car. Great service, great staff, and fair prices!
