Great customer service. Best service from Gino. He is always accommodating with my multitude of questions. He always patiently explains every detail about my car. I feel I could become a master tech just using all his knowledge that he passes to me. He's a keeper. Should be getting double his pay. He is gold.

This is going to be a lengthy one, i tried to take my Kia for service in Ontario for a safety recall and they basically told me they could not schedule me due to me not purchasing my car from them and for me to take it back to where i purchased it from. So i tried my luck here at Covina Kia. They were able to schedule me in for service also when i got there they asked if i been with them before and even though i didnt purchase my car there Jonathan still took me in. His communication was very great , he got my car in and out and also kept me up to date on everything. Service was so quick and easy also he got them to wash my car as well. Impeccable service ! will be coming back for all my needs here ! Ty Jonathan for making my experience so welcoming & quick and easy!

I love Kia of Paso Robles. I drive two hours to have my car serviced by them and it’s primarily because it’s great customer service. Have never had a bad experience there. It’s where I bought my Kia. Thanks!

Kia is where my car has always been serviced, since I bought it. The service dept., is the best one I have dealt with and I trust them.

No horn to me extremely dangerous they did something so horn would work until part came in by the time I got home no horn !! I hope part comes in asap as I’m very uncomfortable driving without a horn car a 2021 low mileage I know things happen but I’m very nervous with no horn !!

Always 100% and honest, never have an issue! I love coming here for service! Definitely a 5/5 for all of the staff I encountered today, especially my main service provider today, Brian! Most likely will be getting a second car here soon, trust them with my car more than any other shop, no care for the price!
