Since purchasing my KIA I have had all services performed by Crowley in Bristol.
Today’s oil change & tire rotation was completed. My complaint is the person who performed the services left an obnoxious odor inside the vehicle. The ride back to Torrington was extremely disgusting. Michael just recently washed my vehicle inside and out. I understand mechanics are exposed to fuel, oils, etc. This smell was strong body odor stench,
leaving Michael to keep open the windows to prevent gagging.
I strongly suggest you address this so no one other customer doesn’t have to experience foul interior odor from your employee(s).

Justin has a calm relaxed disposition,With a willingness to help with whatever might need be done. I jokingly said and if you have time you can wash it also, when I returned it was clean !

Karen was very nice and polite but although I had an appointment today my car was not service. I was told they were very busy and it was late and they would no va able to provide the service. I think I should have been called to cancel my appointment and reschedule.
