My vehicle was scheduled for an oil change at 3:15 PM on 04/01 and we dropped it off and was told it would not take long as they weren't busy. Fast forward to almost 7 PM my husband nor I had received any calls, messages, or emails stating my vehicle was done. So my husband called up there and was informed that service had left at 6 and they weren't sure if my oil change had been done or not as there was no paperwork done up on it. It wasn't until today 04/02 that we were able to figure out what we owed and get the bill settled and still I paid $91.85 for the oil change. I'm definitely not happy with the service and I don't know if I'll take my Kia there again for maintenance.

GREAT customer service...the BEST kia dealership to have your car serviced m..friendly staff and they fix the problem the first time around. I have a kia dealership 5 mins from my house but travel to MattBkatt in Egg Harbor 45 min away because they are the Best in everything they do. Thank You for Great service

While he seems like a nice guy our service Rep Anthony on every single engagement I’ve had with him in the last few years is incompetent and bumbling. I truly dread having to interact with him as it’s so frustrating. I understand that the issue I had was not covered under warranty and that is not his fault but even determine that involved way more frustration that I feel was warranted. I also was very disappointed that the cost of a headlight replacement was over $115. I would have done it myself if I had know that was the “discounted” cost. We will not be purchasing a KIA again.
