Unbelievable Service! ???? When I entered the building James was the first person to greet me. I appreciate how James went above and beyond to make sure I knew how long my car was being serviced and offered me a cup of coffee while I waited.
Also James offered to wash my vehicle, which he didn't have to do. I can tell that James takes pride in his work and look to make Kia's clients happy and satisfied!

Alex was fantastic!!! She was very articulate, personable, and made me feel right at home. My husband and I had purchased our Kia Soul, which we Love, pre pandemic for our daughter at a dealer in central Jersey because a friend was working there at the time. We have been tossing around the idea of purchasing a new one since we live this one so much. With the customer service I received from Alex and the efficient way in which the service area was run. Our next car will definitely be bought there. Thank you Alex!!!!!
