Who is Samuel Norris? I dealt with Cody Elliott, salesman and John Brown, finance. Those were the only two I met. I’m very happy with my new Sportage SX Prestige. Both gentleman were a pleasure to deal with.

My air conditioning is still not coming out good though the defogger, it still does not cool off my car at all and who wants the air to be in their face and on my knees the whole time.

I wanted my car to be completely fixed. I complain about a noise which wasn’t even wrote down in the paper work about my car. I was told that Kia service was the best but I was wrong.
