I was supposed to have free oil changes. I was told due to the price of oil going up, I would have to pay some of it. They took $60 off my bill. It's not my fault prices went up. I bought my vehicle new from this dealership 1 year ago. I did not have any issues with customer service. Everyone was polite.

Decided to wait at lobby,last time I called an Uber and waited 40 mins ,by the time I was getting home,got the call about the car been ready!Saturday was about 2 1/2 hrs,but my car was shining of clean ,and drive so comfortable,too bad rained next morning!,

Darby saw everything was done that I asked. She also went over everything with me. I would recommend Peltier KIA to anyone who needs a car.

Everything was spectacular from the ride to the delivery to the service. Only think I didn’t like was the messages about my sorento that i don’t have. Messages my vehicle was still at the shop when I’ve had it since Friday. Besides that 10/10.

I stopped in after another appointment I had. My daughter’s car needed brakes and a wheel stud replaced before she goes back to college. I never expected to be told it could be done today. She got the car in and done. I really appreciate it.
