My headlights shut of by themselves while driving at night. A HUGE safety hazard, but because the issue cant be duplicated in the shop you wont fix it for me. It is a known issue on the Kia forum with the 2016 Optimas. I will not be purchasing another Kia on principle alone. Not cool at all. Gina was polite as always.

When my car broke down, I took it to Covina Valley KIA, sure that they would remedy the situation and have me back in my car in no time. Despite having to wait 2 weeks for my appointment, I still had confidence in the service center. When my vehicle was finally taken in and returned to me, I was assured that the problem had been addressed. I was told that the foreman even performed a test drive over two days to assure that my car would not break down on the road again. I was shocked when I was driving on the freeway a few days later when the same issue came up again - my car slowly lost power, every light on my dash illuminated, and I scarily pulled off to the side of the freeway and called AAA with my girlfriend and dog in the car. I returned the car to Covina Valley KIA and this time, they assured me they would take a closer look to see what happened. I picked my car up a week later. That same day, driving back from work, my car, again, died on the freeway. This time, thankfully, I was alone - I pulled off to the side of the freeway in rush hour traffic, in disbelief. I spent $575 at this service center. When I release my car to you, I expect you to fix what’s wrong with it. You failed. And put me in danger. Because I am young, I feel you took advantage of me. If it has been someone else, someone older, best believe, you would hear from them. Instead, I will take my car elsewhere with hopes that they can do better than whatever you’ve done for me this past month. I can only hope that someone else doesn’t waste their money like I did at your service center and put their faith in your work the way I did. I hope someone learns from the scathing Yelp and Google reviews I plan on leaving.

Brian and the team were extremely helpful in diagnosing and explaining what seemed to be a phantom oil leak. Even when the problem represented itself upon pick up- Brian listened,took it seriously - the repair was simple-and I was back on the road within 1/2 hour. So far so good- but I was assured that they would reassess if the leak reoccurs.

I had 0800appointment ; I arrived0750 I was told service was not open yet and I waited 10 min before I was addressed for my oil change. My car sat in line for 15 min. 0920 I noticed my car parked in finished area and waited again for service center to call attention to my vehicle. I asked if service was able to retract my window screen ; service person again left me waiting for an answer which I feel should have been written on service report. I paid cash and departed at 0935. This is the first time in the 3 years I have had service and I took too long and close to $100 for just oil change. I was not verbally advised of the increase The odometer was not changed for next service. I was greatly disappointed now for a plus. You have a dedicated employee who seems to bust her but at your company that I did notice during my wait. She’s the lady who washes our cars. I commend here effort her speedy bounce when she works. She’s a keeper. Women to women I commend her! Perhaps your agency could off 10% discount for AAA members, or Senior’s. Just a suggestion……. First responder retiree
