The service tech didn’t put all the screws back in my under pending when my piles was changed causing me to have to return. When my car was washed it had grease smeared from a towel on my windshield, center console, and on the roof of my car. I was not pleased with the work performed this time.

Well I was told that the measurement on my tires was a 3to4 and you guys were not aware that I had tires put on my Kia Optima at Firestone so I drove directly down to Firestone and they measured an eight so little and happy about that.

Mike is the best took care of me right when I walked in. Dropped my car off a day early for Saturday appointment Mike called me same day that my car was ready . Mike Always goes the extra mile when come in with either mine or wife’s car

I was assisted by Matt Didonato he is a wonderful , caring, and experienced person always making sure that I am informed and my car care is excellent I enjoy being a customer at Matt Blatt Kia from Mitch she sold me my car an inspiration to Jeff and the others who have treated me like family throughout my time coming to your reputable establishment keep up the great work and I look forward to being a lifelong customer

Everyone so polite, helpful, and understanding. They let me know what my car needed and were very understanding when I wasn’t able to get everything done. Showed me what things were in need of tlc and explained everything well. Will be back to get my alignment done asap. Thanks guys
