Loved the service we received today! You don’t get amazing customer service every where we go! We were acknowledged as soon as we pulled up , and treated very well and explained every detail of our serviced vehicle! Thank you kia of Abilene !

Michael did a fabulous job in taking care of my Kia!! He explained everything that was serviced and what they had to work on .! I also was offered a complimentary car wash , which I happily excepted!! I also asked to have my car inspected for tags and it was taken care of in very timely matter!!! Thank you for your kind and professional care of my vehicle … I will o recommending Kia of Abilene to family and friends!!

A Rod ( Mr Rodriguez) my service advisor is a true professional
He explained In detail what was the issue and fixed
the problem
Truely and frankly Peltier is a 1000 times better than the previous owners

Our service tech was great! My issue is he told us the charges were $$775-ish but then all of a sudden it came to $950.50. He said they only charged for one hour of labor but the bill says three. I will be contacting someone about this....my car was sitting finished before the 3 hours of labor because we showed up early before notification. I saw the paperwork. Labor time was .90

The service manager was thorough and forthcoming with need additional services but the prices for the parts and services gave me sticker shock!
My service cost $300 but the 2 additional items and service would have been an additional $500! Makes people shy to purchase new knowing the service is so expensive. It's Kia not Mercedes!
