From the drop off to the pick up it was unorganized and Anthony was not easy to work with. Also I was told I was going to have my paper work sent to me and I still have not received anything and I have called 3 times about this. Nothing yet

Matt very professional AND charmingly amusing as well. My tech, Robert...what can I say? Not only do I trust my car to him but I would trust my LIFE w/ him....He's the BEST. The whole Paso KIA team is SUPERB

His service, was way better than the supposed manager Mike. To me it seems mike was friendly the first. Couple years he helped me!! But more recently not sessions “ what happened maybe because i am approaching then of my service agreement, but i do not feel good service!Pp hi

He is amazing I love him, he’s the best card man ever. He explains everything so while and I understand him. He’s always very helpful and answers all my questions. He also get me in and out not really a wait at all.

Just one thing they left the
cover off on the fuse box by
the driver side. I thought Kia would wash my car like it used to.:(
