The overall experience was not great. The service representative probably has good intentions, but did not seem to have been appropriately trained on how to handle unclear situations. I had an issue with my rear view camera and the response was basically “oh we’ll have to see if we can fix it.” If I’m bringing my Kia into a Kia dealership, the assumption is that problems can be fixed, prices might vary, but there should always be options for a path forward. Also, it was deemed as vandalism, which to me should trigger the representative to suggest getting Insurance involved before pushing a very high price tag for something that it’s murky if it was vandalism or defect. All in all, a very confusing and very disheartening situation that left me feeling so anxious until my insurance company got involved and resolved the situation.

Such HORRIBLE service. They ignored every single one of my concerns, and when I showed up to pick up my car, the advisor had the nerve to say he was “waiting on me.” I had called him 3 times. Completely unprofessional.
