I left Matt Blatt in my Sorento in tears. I was so HAPPY with the service team and my overall experience having my vehicle repaired. I couldn't stop smiling! Alexandra knew who I was the minute I walked in the door because she knew how excited I was to pick up my Kia. I think I have a new home for my Kia's servicing. Thank you again!

Again Katie was absolutely amazing she help right away she kept me informed of the progress and she got me estimates for my next visit at Kia. When I came back the next day she was there like she told me she would be she got all my papers ready and she got me a ride to my job.
During the day she kept me update about my car situation and when I came back my car was ready for me and all my papers too, and what I love was that the price she told me was the price I payed, no extra charges...lol
Again very professional make me feel comfortable
and that she cares about her customers.

Michael was absolutely OUTSTANDING. He was helpful, courteous, & pleasant to work with. He stayed on top of notifying me of my vehicle and helped me to understand the process in fixing my vehicle. Beyond 5 star service!!!!
