Overall, Jonathan is a keeper. He is so polite, helpful, and enthusiastic. I felt very comfortable, not threatened, like the people at Kia Pomona. Thank you very much! Service was also fast as promised??????????

I was initially reluctant to use Dealership Service for fist oil change on my pre owned Kia purchased in November.
Never had great experiences with Dealership Service in New York.
But I am so happy I did. I’ve never experienced such incredible customer service , and I can’t praise Brian enough. He was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, and restored my faith in the right way to treat people.
I’ll be returning in September for the next check up. Can’t imagine a better experience anywhere else.

Took 2hours for oil change 9:30 in morning. It has never taken that long before. I could see 1/2 hour or 1hr but not 2hours.I was not the only one unhappy spoke with one other person that said the same thing. Please do call me.
