I had just had this same repair done in December of 2021 or January of 2022. Isn’t there a warranty? I replaced the battery at the same time of the alternator repair. I don’t feel I should have been charged the same as if the previous repair had never been done. We were thinking about purchasing 2 new vehicles here but I am now rethinking about it. Thank you

I took my car to you to diagnose, you said it was just the door handle. I paid for a new door handle to be installed. Immediately once I got into my car the mirrors were not working right. Had you re diagnose after the button and mirrors stopped all together. Now it’s the master switch, which your guy said can make other things fail if not taken care of…. Like windows and door locks. I feel you did not diagnose it right and now I’m paying way more than I should of. I’m not happy and feel taken advantage of. No I’m sorry from you just supposed unrelated issue that has nothing to do with first issue your guy said. Which is not true if he is telling me things can fail if master switch is not replaced. I don’t have confidence now in your company.

My kia is driving worse than it was before they fixed it. I still hear a grinding noise when I turn and it’s poor acceleration. Not only that, but my wheel goes to the right all the time and it’s dangerous. I’m very upset because I paid so much money, but this always happens at Kia so I’m not surprised at all. I was also charged $35 extra for a rental I didn’t get because I had a ride.

He is so professional he explained what needed to b done, why it was recommended. He gave me a time that my car should b done came and checked on me thru the process and escorted me to my car when it was finished

After picking up my vehicle, I noticed the car had not been washed. Not a big deal, but I was told it had been washed. It makes me wonder if other services were not performed. Otherwise all was fine.
