My appointment was for 11:00, they didn't take my car back until almost 12:00. That I know of I was the only one waiting. Then I got my bill...for a oil change & tire rotation $77.00!! I think I'll be finding another place next time for oil change.

I was charged over $600 for remote start at the time of my vehicle purchase only to later find out that the part was only $250 (approx). And no one will return my calls. I’ve been trying to speak with someone for over 2 months but service says I need to speak with sales and no one from sales will return my calls. Very dissatisfied!

Mr Norris was very professional,and went above and beyond making sure my needs were met.The service team did a complete look over on my vehicle,change my oil,checked my tires,making sure I was safe while driving.I highly recommend buying from Kia to all my friends and family.Thank you for all you do!
