Anthony has always provided a excellent service experience.
We do have a negative experience with management. There is never anyone who is at the desk answering the phone. It is frustrating to have to keep leaving messages in all of your departments. Good Kia customer service should include a live person answering customer's calls.

Dominique at MB Kia Egg Harbor was great.
Service was fast and easy.
I really wanted a car wash but it was down at the time.
I love my Kia and will continue being a loyal customer.

People were nice, however, I was scheduled for the initial minor service and told it would take 1.5 hours. I was there for two hours until I walked up to check the status. They realized my vehicle wasn't behind another and never even brought into the shop. They scrambled and said it will take 45 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and one never came. I had to pay additional for childcare since it was only planned for 2 hours. I received my vehicle during rush hour traffic which I was trying to avoid. That also put me back an additional 45 minutes on the road. I don't understand how I can schedule a service and it take that long. Plus after they found they didn't start the service it was done in less than 45 min. It should have only taken that long to begin with. My first visit to your service department and will look elsewhere. I also have a few KIA owners who use your facility for service which I will share my experience to amd recommend foe them to find another.
