Once again, your dealership has outdone themselves. From the moment I brought my 2013 Optima in for a possible blown engine, Matt made sure I felt important to Kia. When he informed me I needed a new engine and Kia would replace it under warrantee, he immediately offered a rental vehicle once he found out I did not have another vehicle to use. He provided me with status updates throughout the process and apologized when the replacement engine arrived damaged. I have purchased four vehicles from your dealership and will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Paso Robles Kia. Matt is an asset to your team as far as I'm concerned.

From start to finish Katie was on point. She kept me informed about the status of my car and made arrangements for me to pick up my car after hours. On a side note, whoever does the hiring and training of the Matt Black team is doing a great job. I appreciated the helpful team ,I never felt ignored. Keep up the good work.
