Tory is Great very attentive, Had the needed information quickly My Vehicle was in and quickly checked out for the airbag recall and returned washed all in less than an hour, then She walked Me to my car and was very pleasant throughout, Nice dealing with someone that listens and is happy to Help !

The wait time was way too long. I checked in my car at 12:30 and it wasn't ready until 4. Jonathan was nice and told me how long it would take w washen I dropped the car off but I was just there for an oil change and a few other things. I thought it would take maybe 2 hours at most. Other customers were complaining about the wait time as well. Even though I like taking my Kia to a dealership to be serviced, I might check out another one because the wait was just ridiculous. Maybe it's time to hire a few more technicians or something to speed things up otherwise expect to lose customers.

Service was great. Drop off and pickup of my car was easy. Adam was very attentive and personable. He walked me to my car.
