First an foremost I have a 2014 Kia an it was stolen alot of it was do to the security system you put on the car that people are targeting them then now I had to tow it somewhere else because your company has parts on back order for over six months. This is really a hardship an I'm sadden behind this whole situation!! I feel it should be a recall to make this correct so it's will make it hard for my car to be stolen!!

I had a mixup with my iCal appointment. So I arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. Gene took it all in stride, told me he had a bay open. I also couldn’t find my coupon mailer, he took care of that too. Then I asked him to go ahead and rotate the tires also. Again, not an issue. Awesome service. I got done before my originally scheduled appointment. Yes, I know I sound a bit ditzy. Today I really was. But he was nothing but nice.
