I cannot speak of the SALES DEPARTMENT because I purchased my KIA in Asheville, but the SERVICE DEPARTMENT at Lifetime KiA in Murphy is ????????????????????. Five Stars. It’s a lovely waiting space and the Service Staff is professional and courteous. It’s delightful having my vehicle serviced at this dealership.

It was very nice to interact with Lexi; she answered all my questions and calmed my concerns about my damaged RF tire and tire rim. It was hard to get the appointment initially, and I was concerned when the service tech said I might have to leave my car for a day or two. I'm very grateful I was able to get all the maintenence done in one trip!

I called to make an appointment for the recall repair and an appointment was set up on Feb 14th. No repair was done due to the part was not in. I was told to come back today 16th anytime. I come at 7:30 and found out that the part is still not in. I am disappointed that the representative I spoke to did not check if the part is in before me driving to Kia dealership.
