At the time I arrived and was checked in, I was told Emily was the only writer on duty. She kept herself graceful and focused under what I imagine was considerable pressure and she is a credit to the department and to the dealership. Take good care of her. -AWH

Customer service wasn’t good. I never received calls back as I was told. No one could ever help me except by saying they’d have them call me back and no one would call. I’d call multiple times a day and nothing. My car sat at the shop for over a week and it was extremely frustrating. I left messages with people, on recorders and still nothing. I was hung up on multiple times and left on hold multiple times. At one point I called to speak to a manager and yet again was told he’d call me back and never received a cal from
Him either.

Lexi was absolutely amazing! She made the experience go by so smooth and she made sure that I was fully aware of what was happening with my car. I’m happy she was the one to help me this time around.
