He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my service needs were taken care of.Mr. Didonato kept me informed on the progress with my vehicle. Mr. Didonato is a exemplary example of what a great customer service representative. She was amazing, as frustrated as i was she listened and even repeated everything i said to her , she got right back to me in a decent time frame to let me know what was wrong i would love to thank her .
