The service adviser Matt was very rude and not helpful. He didn’t listen to what I was telling him; he asked at least 3 times if I’d had my car serviced there before, each time I said yes. I made the appointment for a 7000 mile service but according to him because my car was at 8000 miles he couldn’t understand why I would want that service. He didn’t bother to explain why I wouldn’t. Needless to say I am done with your location and will never return.

I’m very happy with the service at lifetime kia in murphy, NC. The service manager, Gene listened to my concerns and everything was done with satisfaction. I will continue to use Lifetime for my future car service.

Lexi was wonderful! However, I was told. 1 1/2 hour wait time and ended up waiting 4 hours for my car to be finished. I had to call to ask for updates instead of being given a call to updates me. The very first time I came here my keys were also misplaced and I had to wait an extra 20 min for someone to find my keys.
