My experience with Matt Blatt was exceptional. , I usually deal with RK. Kia of ivineland you never can get anybody on the phone or to return a phone call they take too long with work that needs to be done. About a month ago the pistons went on my motor on my car. Yes it was under warranty. They made us pay for a rental car told us it was going to take two days. We had the car for almost 2 weeks. From now on, I will be coming down to egg Harbor to have all my work done for my car. Thank you very much for an exceptional experience.

I appreciated the friendly technical assistance from Torey. The technicians checked everything I requested and made repairs. Good waiting room with coffee cookies and Wi-Fi.

My service experience with the service of Rich Reid was great but with Matthew Didonado my experience would absolutely be 1 star only because of the updates but none of my 3 text messages were answered. I absolutely would not want to deal with Matthew again.

Dominique was absolutely amazing !!! She was very thorough with answering not only my questions but my moms questions as well. She gave us one of the most positive experiences at a dealership that we’ve ever had.
