Came in at 3 on a Saturday. Was told I would not be able to get service because my maintenance contract was sold to a company and in order to receive my contractual car care, the new company would have to give permission. SO my visit was a waste of time.

Really poor service from the Representative from there. When asked him a question, he didn’t even try to offer an alternative. Not to mention that he must have a medical condition because he was complaining he can’t get up from the chair. Really unprofessional.

I appreciated all the updates I received for my vehicle but was sadden to have left my car there for over a month with only given a rental for 2 weeks once my car was approved for treatment. Also sadden that I received a notice that my car was ready for pick up and received a message to give the dealer a few more minutes for the wash to be washed. More than hours later once we went to pick it up it wasn't washed so was disappointed we were lied too. Overall thankful the car is fixed

First off, One of my concerns on my vehicle was not addressed. The technician said he was not able to “duplicate” my concern yet when I got my vehicle back after 4 weeks I checked my concern at it happened again. Secondly they gave my vehicle back very dirty with a fairly large scratch on the driver door and a stain inside my car on sunroof area.
