I was told that they would vacuum and wash the windows of the car. This is the second time they did not do it and I had no time to hang around to get it done. I think I’m finished taking my vehicle to the dealership.

I took my vehicle in expecting this part to be in stock. I waiting 2.5 hrs for nothing and my vehicle sat there because they had to order a part. You could have told me that upfront. Also my windows and car was not vacuumed as indicated.Just don't waste my time is all I ask of you.

It was our first time using Covina Kia for Service. I was very happy to actually speak with a live person when making the appointment. The service that George Arroyo gave us was exceptional. The reminders, to being well informed as the car was being serviced was very helpful. No surprises. George Arroyo took very good care of us as customers . Car is running great.
