I took my car in for a factory recall issue with the display screen and everything was fine with that. What I didn’t appreciate was that they try to tell me that I needed to replace the windshield wipers and the cabin air filter. The car is only 2 months old! I haven’t even turn on the wipers yet. Just another example of dealers hip trying to dupe the costumer into unnecessary repairs.

24k maintenance I was quoted $189 thru Kia access and when I checked in I was quoted over $300.

The services were fine it just seems like the prices are so steep with so so many add ons for no reason. I understand it’s a dealer ship and I can take it anywhere but I trust this place but $129 for an oil change is outrageous.

Michael did quick service of diagnosis and maintenance service fast. Even I didn't made reservation for a day after Thanksgiving day off. Every check was done and fixed. I had engine light was on and found out what was a problem and fixed it. Done in 3.7 hr time. I will be coming on future services and repairs. Thank you again for taking care of me in quick time.
