I was absolutely “WOWED “ by the service I received!
I was able to make an appointment within a week with a promise of one to two day turn around and you delivered exacty that! In addition I would like to add that every one I spoke with was not only informative but also extremely personable and pleasant to deal with. When I picked up my repaired RV, I was pleasantly surprised of the fair pricing and the expertise of the repairs. All in all, OpenRoads RV is a class act all the way!!!

The tech did a great job. BUT for the list of minor issues I had mgmt should not have given me an appt 3 weeks before they could even look at it and then another 3 weeks to complete. It’s called triage you should be able to triage the situation and give the customer a better schedule and not hold thei unit on your lot. I would rather wait till you are ready with my RV in my possession. No yours.

For the price you charge for a chassis inspection the report was very underwhelming. it would’ve been nice to have a diagram with the problems illustrated or something a little more professional. it look like something that was done as part of the eighth grade project. The roof AC in the engine AC weren’t even checked because I know they don’t work.

We seen it on a big billboard going 75N
You need to have a small sign at the exit like restaurants and gas stations do saving turn right 1.5 miles

Hard to get people to call you back and the follow up is not good took 2 months to get the parts in stock, they installed the awning and moved it to the back of the camper and now I can’t open my door all the way when the awning is out , not satisfied at all...

Well only 1 thing was done in a month of y’all having it. We had 4 things that needed to be done. We felt lied to. Very sad about our experience. And sadly it’s not the first or second time we have had issues.

This shop had my RV for 3 months to fix what was not working properly after picking it up the first time in October of the previous year. 3 MONTHS! Had I not started calling after the first month God only knows when it would have been a priority! I go to pick it up only to find its still not fixed. 3 MONTHS! The stress this shop caused me was not worth ever returning to. I live in my RV for work purposes. And I barely had enough time to just throw everything back in and leave.
