Roberto Correa was very nice and helpful when I arrived. But my issue is with a 2 hour wait and a $30 tire patch. I understand I didn’t have an appointment but that is a simple emergency work nothing extensive or complicated. I would have rather taken to any other shop paid half the price and waited 30min. A little disappointed but hopefully it gets better.

I was called last week by someone stating that I needed to bring my vehicle in for service due to a recall. I wasn't told any information on why the recall was needed, only that there was availability on Saturday the 17th. I made an appointment at 11:45A. When I arrived for my service appointment, I asked the young guy (never gave his name) how long the service would take. He told me at least 2 hours, most likely more. I then requested a loaner since I did not want to wait all that time at the dealership. It's a Saturday and I had many errands to run. The young guy tells me he doesn't think there are any loaners left since they have already given out many, and that he would have to check with Sallie. He walked off and came back a few minutes later saying he needed my driver's license, insurance and and a credit/debit card in order to check if there were any loaners available, because it would cost $50. I declined. It's highly unprofessional to inconvenience a customer with a 2+ hour wait time without arranging for a loaner to be reserved for them ahead of time. And even more so to want to charge the customer for the loaner when the reason for the inconvenience is a mandated factory recall. The young guy arranged for a pre-paid Lyft to take me home. The service took 2h 45m. I had my significant other take my back to the dealership when my vehicle was ready. She also had her own errands to run that day which had to be put on pause. When I picked up my vehicle, the youmg guy finally told me that it was the fuel pump that needed replacement. I am highly dissatisfied with the way this entire situation was handled, from the person who called me to schedule the appointment giving me little to no information whatsoever, not pre-arranging or even offering a loaner for me, to the young guy not giving me any information about the service and wanting to charge me for a loaner that may not even have been available. 0 out of 5 stars.
