When I checked in for my appointment I was again told it would be about a three hour wait. When I commented about the long wait she told me the appointment time was just a check-in time. I think if when a customer is making an appointment you are very clear about what the appointment time means and it will normally be at least three hours would make things easier for the customer ( I know it would have for me). People seemed much nicer this visit.

I was dismayed to find no shuttle or waiting room facilities for an expected four hour service due to recall! No water, no coffee, jo air conditioning, NO COUCH?!? WTF?! No cc warning! No “gee we’re really sorry to treat you like a leper”. Ive not ever had a great Experience in that repairs office but the reps were nicer this time than the last gal who managed the area. I’m not alone in my feelings, several other folks who made appointments weren’t thrilled. Having been accepted for my appointment and processed I saw the car sit there for more than an hour and 14 minutes before being driven to position two cars back! I was there way in advance of my 930 am appointment. I left at 1:00. I won’t be back for any other service unless it’s another factory recall. You’re missing a great opportunity for future sales, and maintenance of local cars/suvs. You’re missing out on a lot. I have plenty of ideas and comments to share but I don’t suspect this will even reach proper channels. Good luck. Jackie H
Shayna and staff are awesome and would give 5 star rating if not for the annoyance of always having to wait for parts. Makes owning a Subaru annoying.
