first I like to say it's very difficult to get anyone on the phone. there seems to be a practice of sending everything to voicemail. That's great! But returns voicemails. I left numerous, several over the course of a few days and received not one return phone call! Annoying!
I received a recall notice. I scheduled servicing not only pertaining to the recall but also to do a point inspection since car shipped from mainland. The person whom I've spoken with on the phone did not add this additional inspection to my appointment. This added to an additional wait time for me. Annoying!
The overall customer service is lousy! The customer should feel that their issues and their car are important. There is no customer service, it's nothing but a business transaction. That's unfortunate.

I appreciate your team taking the time to contact my 3rd party extended warranty company and ensure that I only had a small deductible. Your team went to bat for me when the warranty company balked at the price of parts, he spoke with the management and explained Hawaii part prices and this led to the company accepting the prices and not having them passed on to me. I was kept in the loo as to the progress of the repairs and was very satisfied with the work
